Occasionally, families are traveling to visit U-M during a time when we do not have Honors Ambassadors available. While you will not receive as comprehensive an experience, a visit to the Honors Office for an appointment with our admissions staff will often help to answer questions about Honors.
*Note: Our office is open M-F 8:30am-4:30pm.

Honors participates in Campus Days with the Office of Undergraduate Admissions (OUA), offered on select dates from February-April. Before you make your final choice to attend U-M, the OUA recommends that students attend a Campus Day, where you will hear from a variety of campus groups including the Office of Financial Aid, Housing, and Student Life, as well as experience both a walking tour of campus and a residence hall visit.
After lunch, you'll hear from representatives from LSA regarding the academic opportunities you'll find here. Current Honors students will escort you to the Honors Office, where you'll meet with our Admissions staff, learn more about our program, and participate in a Q&A time for parents, while students meet and talk with current Honors students.
Dates and registration information are available at the Campus Day webpage. This is a full-day experience and we strongly encourage prospective students and parents to attend.
Honors Ambassadors are available during the academic year to sit down over a cup of coffee and talk with you; they're current students who can share their personal experiences and answer your questions. Many prospective students have found meeting with an Honors Ambassador to be a great experience.
We can schedule Ambassador visits during both the Fall and Winter terms, but not over the summer, during U-M breaks, or exam periods. If you would like to schedule a visit with an Honors Ambassador, please follow the link below.
